You bring structure to every project and combine technology, standards, and insulation materials to create insulation technology that inspires our customers.
As a Construction Manager (m/f/d), you assume full responsibility: You plan the processes, coordinate your team on the construction site, and lend a hand yourself when needed. Directly on our project construction sites.
Aluminum-laminated mineral fibers, rubber, Foamglas, or special casings for pipe and ventilation ducts – you know exactly how it works and what matters.
With your eye for detail and your technical expertise, you manage the insulation installation, lead your team safely through daily construction work and liaise with the project manager.
With technical understanding, clear communication, and your can-do attitude, you bring structure to complex processes. You create sheet metal isometrics and ensure that everything runs exactly according to plan.
How you can impress us
- You have training as a WKSB insulator (m/f/d), industrial insulator (m/f/d), or several years of professional experience in insulation.
- You combine technical expertise with a cool head – even when things get heated.
- You thrive on working independently, just as much as leading and coordinating your team.
- You know how to lead your team – clearly, confidently, and with a comprehensive overview.
- With a Class B driver's license, you are mobile and ready for deployment, no matter where your next project takes you.
